STRENGTHS
1.Good media
2. You provide the ease of accessing your task and audio files

WEAKNESSES
1. No specific instruction in the pretest activity. You just tell the students to look at the picture and think about the words. Looking at the pictures and thinking about the words will not significantly brainstorm the students. You need to involve the students more in the activity.
2. You did not tell the students what type of text you are going to teach
3. Lack of activity that involves the students
4. No specific instruction in the posttest activity (watching video). You did not specify what study the video means.
SUGGESTION
1. Re-consider your task. Ensure that all tasks that you give to your students reflect the objectives and the purposes of your teaching.
2. Provide more activities and exercises to ensure that your students have comprehend the listening and understand the monologue.
3. Provide the pre listening activity that significantly brainstorm the students.Instead of looking at the pictures, you may ask the students to describe the pictures in 5 sentences. And you can also ask the students to not only think about the words but also find the meaning and the pronunciation. I think those help the students better.
4. Provide more specific instruction
